Our goal is to make sure you’re happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if our products aren’t for you, we’ll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30-days from the date of purchase if the product is unopened.
General Return Policy

Only unopened products are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

Damaged products may be returned only if the internal product remains sealed, intact, and in the identical quantity as indicated on the factory packaging.
How do I return unopened products?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30-days of delivery for unopened products. We will refund you for the full cost of the product—minus shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply reach out to our Customer Service Team by emailing support@getmelts.com within 30-days of your order, and someone will be happy to help.

Refund requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.

Approved returns must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by the Melts Customer Service Team.

Returned products must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase showing your name, address, and order number.
Subscription Products

Refunds are only available for your first monthly subscription order if the product is unopened.

Refund requests must be made within 30-days of delivery.

Subsequent subscription shipments are not refundable, even if billed, paid, or shipped within the 30-day window. You may manage, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Account.

Subscriptions that are canceled and later re-activated are not eligible for refunds.
